Stone of Mental Stability

Aragonite is formed by biological and physical processes, including precipitation from marine and freshwater environments.

Aragonite also forms in the ocean and in caves as inorganic precipitates called marine cements and spelaeothems, respectively.

The type location for aragonite is Molina de Aragón, Guadalajara, Spain for which it was named in 1797.

According to New Age Therapists Aragonite is a stabilising stone that centres and grounds physical energies, being useful in time of stress.

It brings tolerance and flexibility to the mind and teaches acceptance and patience.
