Stone of Energy

The name Realgar comes from the Arabic phrase "rahj al-gahr", which means powder of the mine. It was used in Byzantium by
the thirteenth century as a mineral pigment and was once common as a pigment. Some paintings using this pigment have suffered from the fact that realgar is unstable and turns into
a yellow-orange powder when exposed to light.
New Age Therapists reccommend realgar as being helpful for growth at a cellular level. It is also used in crystal healing for detoxification and reducing or removing dependency.

Zodiac: Gemini
